Colonel Cross Country Teams Place 11th at Region

Christian County’s cross country teams both finished in 11^th place at the Class 3A, Region 1 Meet Saturday at Muhlenberg County.

Camden Britton was the top finisher for the Colonel runners. He came in 39^th place in a time of 18:49. Keon Dillard followed him across the line in 51^st place in 19:33.

Wyatt Fleming finished 62^nd, and Dasean Dunham was 63^rd.  Joseph Parker was 68^th, Aden Bolden was 71^st, and Gage Gobel was 74^th.

On the girls’ side, Taylor Dunn led the Lady Colonel runners with a 60^th place finish in a time of 26:51 over the 3.1-mile course.

Daihla Price finished 63^rd, followed by Lilly Westerfield in 64^th, Brooklyn Rednoer in 65^th, and Rosa Galvan in 70^th place.

The Lady Colonels finished 11^th as a team with 322 points.
