Christian County volleyball standout Macy Baker is the latest Spotlight Athlete sponsored by Parker Eye Care.
Baker earned All-District and All-Region honors on the floor for the Lady Colonels in 2019. She has been playing volleyball since elementary school and a starter for Christian County since her freshman season.
She was going to give tennis a try in the spring before concerns over COVID-19 shut down the spring sports season. In her younger days, Baker also played soccer but had to choose between that sport and soccer because they are both played in the fall.
Baker said the spring shutdown has made her appreciate every day she gets on the volleyball court this fall.
