Coming off its first loss of the season. the University Heights Academy Lady Blazers found the win column again with a 9-0 throttling of Franklin-Simpson Thursday.
Grace Pape notched the hat trick for the Lady Blazers — her third multiple-goal effort in four games this season.
Audrey Grise added a pair of goals, and Kate Cansler scored her 50th career goal in the contest. Emma Perry, Sarika Chavez, and Addi Fourqurean also found the back of the net for UHA, who bounced back with the win after suffering a 5-1 loss to Ohio County Monday.
MacKenzie Young and Chelsea Utterback split time in the net to help the Lady Blazer defense nab its second shutout in three games.
UHA improves its season slate to 3-1 and is scheduled to host Madisonville Monday, Sept. 28.
