The Todd County Central girls’ basketball team got a long-awaited victory on Tuesday night, going on the road to top Montgomery Central, TN 39-37 for its first win since an early December result over Fort Campbell.
Senior Jordan Weathers had 6 points in the win, including 1 of 2 free throws with seconds remaining to ice the game. Afterward, she still felt the Lady Rebels could have played better, but said she hopes the victory will provide some momentum going into Friday night’s 13th-District meeting with Logan County.
