Fort Campbell was going to need a superhero effort to knock off McCracken County Monday at the Superman Classic in Metropolis, Ill. but found the Mustangs to be their kryptonite in a 66-27 loss.

The First Region favorites improved to 15-2 on the season and used an 18-6 second quarter run to build a 33-12 lead by halftime. They put the contest away with a 22-8 third quarter run.

Junior Jackson Sivills, who has already garnered some college offers, scored 12 of his game-high 16 points in the first half as 12 different Mustangs scored in the game.

Doryan Hall knocked down a pair of 3-pointers and finished with 10 points. Isaiah Blyden added six points for the Falcons, who had more 3-ponters made (3) than free throws (2).

Fort Campbell (5-9) will host Dawson Springs Tuesday on post in a Second Region All-A Classic game before returning to the consolation bracket of the Superman Classic Thursday.
